  • Financial malpractice, impropriety, or fraud
  • Failure to comply with legal obligations
  • Dangers to health and safety

Protection for Whistleblowers

VCORP Holdings Sdn Bhd is committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation. This includes:

  • Protection against dismissal, demotion, or other adverse employment actions
  • Confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity
  • Protection against harassment or intimidation
  • Support throughout the investigation process

Investigation Process

All reports will be:

  • Acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt
  • Investigated thoroughly and impartially
  • Handled confidentially to the extent possible
  • Reviewed by appropriate management
  • Subject to appropriate follow-up action

False Allegations

While we encourage genuine concerns to be raised, making false or malicious allegations may result in disciplinary action. However, if a report is made in good faith but later found to be incorrect, no action will be taken against the whistleblower.
