Scope

- Financial malpractice, impropriety, or fraud
- Failure to comply with legal obligations
- Dangers to health and safety

- Attempts to conceal any of the above

- Direct line manager or supervisor
- Human Resources department

Protection for Whistleblowers
VCORP Holdings Sdn Bhd is committed to protecting whistleblowers from retaliation. This includes:
- Protection against dismissal, demotion, or other adverse employment actions
- Confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity
- Protection against harassment or intimidation
- Support throughout the investigation process
Investigation Process
All reports will be:
- Acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt
- Investigated thoroughly and impartially
- Handled confidentially to the extent possible
- Reviewed by appropriate management
- Subject to appropriate follow-up action
False Allegations
While we encourage genuine concerns to be raised, making false or malicious allegations may result in disciplinary action. However, if a report is made in good faith but later found to be incorrect, no action will be taken against the whistleblower.
This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure compliance with current laws and best practices.
